Our sessions consist of empowering segments that are designed to get participants motivated and excited about identifying their legacy. We partner with high-profile and local presenters that help our participants build upon critical thinking and decision-making skills. Our men and boys will also learn to understand and embrace effective communication skills, collaborative opportunities, and grow in leadership ability.

While brunch may seem like an insignificant portion of the event, it actually serves as a strong tool to instill communion and fellowship between males. Over an appetizing spread, guests and presenters will relax, get to know one another, and unpack what they have learned in session.

The dialogue portion of the event is appropriately titled "Barbershop Talk." Participants will have the opportunity to take the discussion beyond the confines of the "theme" of the event into a "safe" setting for various questions or topics that the participants may have.

We want our men and boys to take away more than just having attended another event. We desire for them to create lasting bonds that will help empower them to become active in building their legacy. Fellowship is key in strengthening connections, getting fresh ideas, staying focused, seeking job opportunities, building confidence, and to say to another brother "I see you!"
Focus Areas
- To foster transparent intergenerational conversation between men and boys, regarding topics pertaining to them.
- To help foster positive change agency within self, their families, and community.
- To create safe space for dialogue without being judged, condemned, or ridiculed for speaking their truth.
